Exmoor is a magnificent place in which to grow up, and we aim to deliver an education to match.
St Dubricius School currently has 75 pupils in year R to 4 spread across 3 classes. Our on-site, teacher-led Local Authority Nursery accommodates up to 16 FTE (3 and 4 year old) Nursery pupils.
We pride ourselves in creating a safe and happy environment for learning in which teachers, parents, governors, volunteers and other friends of the school all work together to achieve and maintain the highest possible standards. We enjoy a close association with the neighbouring Church of St Dubricius which has a Parish Office within the school site; and whose Rector is a regular visitor.
High academic standards are a priority here, but we also place great importance on developing other qualities in our children. Here you will find: pride, courage, teamwork, compassion and ambition; not just in the classroom, but in the many and varied activities which take place outside of it.
