Mrs Rosy Arch

Rosy brings a strong background in administration and a genuine commitment to supporting staff, pupils and families across the Moorland Federation. Having progressed through several administrative roles within the Federation, Rosy is now proud to serve as Federation Business Manager with lead responsibilities for HR and ICT.

In her role, Rosy oversees key HR processes, ensuring that schools are well supported and that staff receive a smooth, high-quality experience from the moment they join the Federation. Alongside this, she leads on ICT across all our schools, working closely with the Federation’s ICT support provider and contributing to a sustainable programme of improvements to keep systems and equipment up to date and fit for purpose.

Rosy is currently completing her Level 4 Diploma for School Business Managers, further developing her expertise in school operations, compliance and business support. She takes pride in creating clear, reliable and well-organised systems that help reduce pressure on school teams and contribute to a positive working environment.

Outside work, Rosy enjoys time with family, exploring the outdoors, gardening, reading and has recently taken up beekeeping. She remains active in her local community playing in a local Skittles league and values spending time with friends.
