Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you believe in the power of inclusive, child-centred education? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We are seeking a caring and committed 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team, providing tailored support to help individual pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. Working closely with the class teacher, our dedicated SEND Base and our wider school team, you’ll play a key role in creating a calm, positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and able to achieve their potential.

This role will suit you if you have:

·       Experience or a strong interest inworking with children with SEND/SEMH

·       A calm, nurturing presence and a playful spirit

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills

·       A willingness to reflect on and develop your practice

·       An understanding of therapeutic or Forest School approaches (advantageous)
