Salary: Full Time Equivalent: £25,183 to £25,989
· 30.85 hours per week: £17,520 – £18,080 (actual salary) per annum
Start Date: January 2026 (or sooner if available)
Contract: Fixed term, linked SEND funding, term time only

We are seeking a caring and committed 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team, providing tailored support to help individual pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. Working closely with the class teacher, our dedicated SEND Base and our wider school team, you’ll play a key role in creating a calm, positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and able to achieve their potential.

· Experience or a strong interest inworking with children with SEND/SEMH

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· A willingness to reflect on and develop your practice
· An understanding of therapeutic or Forest School approaches (advantageous)
