School Uniform: Wear it with Pride

Why Wear School Uniform?

A Stylish and Distinctive Look. Our school uniform is designed to create a smart and cohesive appearance.

At Langford Budville Primary School, we believe that wearing a school uniform instils a sense of pride, belonging, and unity among our students.

Here are some key benefits of wearing our school uniform:

A Stylish and Distinctive Look. Our school uniform is designed to create a smart and cohesive appearance. It consists of:

  • White or red polo shirt
  • White or red blouse
  • Red sweatshirt or cardigan with the school emblem
  • Black / charcoal trousers or shorts
  • Grey skirt or pinafore
  • Red gingham summer dresses (summer term only)
  • Grey, black, red or white socks or tights
  • Black plain school shoes

PE Kit

  • Gym shoes (daps or plimsolls or trainers for outdoor sessions)
  • Red or white t-shirt
  • Black or white shorts
  • Swimming kit and towel
  • Named kit bag

Please note it is not compulsory to purchase clothing with the school logo.

Ordering and Availability

We want to make it easy for you to access our school uniform, so new uniform and book bags can be purchased directly from the school.

Financial Support

We understand that managing the cost of school uniform can be a concern for some families. If you require financial support with purchasing our school uniform, please reach out to our school office. We are here to assist you and ensure that every child has access to the appropriate uniform.

Express Your Personal Style

While we encourage students to wear our school uniform, we understand the importance of individuality. Garments without the school emblem are permitted, as long as they are in line with our school colours. We believe that students can still showcase their personal style within the guidelines of our uniform policy.

Ordering Process

Please contact the school office.

Second Hand Uniform

We are have a selection of second hand uniform available on request in addition to a half termly uniform swap shop.

Please ensure that all clothing is clearly named so that we can return any clothes that are found and also to help the children when they are changing.  We also ask that every child has a warm waterproof coat, hat and gloves in the winter so that they are properly dressed for outside play. For health and safety reasons, children are not permitted to wear jewellery.  For children with pierced ears, only studs may be worn.
